- Attempting to bypass platform security or interfere with the physics engine calculations.
4. Virtual Achievements & Progression
Rootally utilizes a level up system fueled by skill based games. Credits, XP, and boosters are virtual indicators of performance and carry no value outside the digital gaming hub. These items cannot be traded, sold, or redeemed for external currency.
We reserve the right to recalibrate the progression system, reset seasonal rankings, or modify unlock levels to ensure fair multiplayer arcade dynamics.
5. Intellectual Property
All interactive arcade game mechanics, physics-based game modes, and visual assets are the exclusive property of Rootally. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access instant play games for personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Limitations
Rootally is provided "as is." While we strive for frame-perfect collision detection, we do not warrant that the fast paced arcade sessions will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any data loss resulting from connection disruptions during daily challenges.
